Because of the energetic, intuitive, and time-based nature of our services, Beyond Loved has a no refund policy for all sessions, programs, or packages—unless required by law.
1. No Refunds
All purchases, including single sessions, packages, and digital offerings, are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are fully committed before making a purchase.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are considered forfeit and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
If we are unable to provide a service due to our own error or unexpected event, we will offer a suitable alternative or, if applicable, a partial refund at our discretion.
