How did you feel before the session?
I felt so much stress and panic about the future and where the world was heading, I had a massive knot in my stomach that I'd tried a bunch of different things to get rid of but couldn't. I felt scared, alone and confused about what to do with my life.
How are you feeling after?
Straight after our session the knot had completely gone from my stomach which completely surprised me, I felt lighter and clear headed. I actually felt like myself again which was amazing and I can't thank you enough for that. 🥰
