Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, sessions, and digital offerings provided by Beyond Loved ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking or purchasing a service from us, you ("the client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, whether located in New Zealand, the United States, or elsewhere.

1. Nature of Services

We offer a range of intuitive and energetic healing modalities including, but not limited to:

• Root Cause Therapy

• Reiki & Quantum Healing

• Inner Child Work

• Online programs and transformational packages

These services are for personal development, energetic alignment, and emotional healing support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Client Responsibility

By engaging with our services, you agree:

• You are 18 years of age or older.

• You understand the nature of energetic and intuitive healing.

• You take full responsibility for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing throughout and after the session(s).

• You will seek professional help from licensed healthcare providers where appropriate.

 

3. Session Booking & Conduct

• All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system or email.

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited at our discretion.

• Respectful and honest communication is expected. We reserve the right to end any session where disrespect, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour occurs, with no refund.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments are considered forfeit and will not be refunded.

• If we need to reschedule, we’ll provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

 

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

• All prices are in [NZD or specify if using USD for U.S. clients], inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

 

6. Refund Policy

As outlined in our Refund Policy:

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or partially used packages.

• Exceptions may apply only in cases where we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service.

 

7. International Clients

If you are based outside of New Zealand:

• You understand that services are delivered under New Zealand jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges associated with your payment.

• You consent to working with us across international time zones and agree to check time conversions before booking.

 

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and session content is kept confidential unless:

• You provide written consent for disclosure;

• Disclosure is required by law or there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. While we aim to support your healing journey with care and integrity, you understand and agree that:

• All services are offered in good faith, but results vary;

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation.

 

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
