This session works with the unconscious mind and your belief systems to locate the first event where the pattern began — the moment the nervous system and subconscious decided “this is how I stay safe.” When we heal the root, the issue doesn’t need to keep repeating.
It’s a powerful blend of modalities including timeline-style work, NLP-informed processes, and somatic healing. (We go to the root, then we clear what’s been held emotionally and energetically.)
What to expect in your 2.5-hour session
Part 1 — Structured Root Mapping (same every time)
This first part is clear, guided, and structured. We track the issue through your internal system to identify the core pattern, the belief running underneath, and the origin point it formed from. This is where we get precision — so we’re not guessing and we’re not staying at surface level or where the "mind" knows.
Part 2 — The Healing (different every time)
Once we locate the root, we move into the healing. This is the clearing and integration — where the emotional imprint and energetic charge releases, the nervous system settles, and the shift becomes real in the body. This part is always the same process but to what we uncover is different, which is why it looks different for every woman and every session.
What shifts when the root clears
